It typically takes about 5-10 minutes to apply clip-in hair extensions, depending on your experience and the number of wefts you are attaching.

With proper care, InvisiBelle human hair clip-in extensions can last anywhere from 6 months to over a year. The life-span of your hair extensions is determined on how much they are worn, colour changes, storage etc. Following the recommended aftercare will help with the longevity.

All our orders are processed with DPD Ireland. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided on checkout. To track your parcel copy and paste this tracking number via the link below.

deliveries
We ship all of our orders with DPD Ireland who delivery within 1-2 working days.
We do not currently ship internationally by default on our website. If you are sure of your shade, email us at info@invisibellehair.com and we can quote you for international delivery.

Returns
You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, ALL products must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for the return to be accepted. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund. Items will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued if this was deemed worn or tampered with.

If you are exchanging an item, please email info@invisibellehair.com before sending your clip ins back, and we can send you a payment link to pay for delivery of your new clip ins, which will be sentwith DPD. The exchange fee is €5.00.

At InvisiBelle Hair we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your clip-in hair extensions, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:
Eligibility
Time Frame: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition: Products must be in their original condition with ties intact, unused, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.
Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any clip ins where the ties have been removed.
Return and Exchange Process
1. Initiate a Return/Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team Here to initiate the return or exchange process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
2. Refunds and Exchanges Form:
- Download, print and carefully fill out the Refunds and Exchanges form Here , in as much detail as possible
3. Ship the Item:
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.
Refunds and Processing
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email with the new tracking information.
